You fill out the ‘book us’ form, then we set up a zoom session to answer questions, go over your vision for your big day, and get to know you + your style.

how it works
We had an amazing conversation and you feel we are the perfect photographers to capture your day (happy dance)! We create a package specifically around your vision. You sign the contract and pay a retainer to book your spot in the calendar.

4-6 weeks out from your elopement we get in touch to go over any last questions regarding your day. We help you know what to anticipate from us so we are on the same page. You help us put together a timeline for the day and must shot list so we can be sure to make your day everything you hoped.

It’s FINALLY your elopement day and you are doing great. We follow your timeline, and make sure everything is as stress free as can be. You sit back and enjoy the day as we do all the heavy lifting. Sneak peeks delivered within 5 days. Gallery delivered within 6 weeks.

How to elope on oahu for your perfect ceremony

We recommend for all elopements that will be happening outside to have a contingency plan (especially in during the rainy season Nov-Feb). That means either a backup day, a backup location that is inside, or a back up location on a different part of the island. This will help lessen the stress if your chosen location does happen to be rainy. If there is a dangerous weather event happening during your chosen date and we can't reschedule, we will view this as a cancellation and will only offer a partial refund where we keep the retainer fee.

We classically edit photos, which means distractions in the background and coloring are the extend of our edits. We aim for authenticity, so we will not be photoshopping people to make them thinner or extensively edit blemishes, scars, or other ‘imperfections’. If you are hoping for the look you get with filters on social media, we won’t be able to match that level of editing.
Do you photoshop?
For those elopements where we will be officiating and taking photos, we bring a tripod. The photos of the ceremony will be taken via a remote. We always give a little time during the ceremony where it will only be the two of you in the pictures too.
